Keep an eye out for an email from Kajabi. This is where your 30 Day Course lives.The more you put into the course the more you will get out of it. Try to spend some time journaling as part of your morning routine, answering the questions and going through the ACT technique on your beliefs about alcohol. It's time to dive deep!
I also highly recommend downloading the Kajabi app so you can watch your videos on the go! Please note that month 2 & 3 lessons will come directly to you via email. 

Group Coaching Calls

Your group call will be at the same time every week. I recommend blocking out the time in your calendar for the next 12 weeks and making your calls a priority. The most successful clients are the ones that show up for their calls each week, even if they don't feel like it. Sometimes the calls that you don't want to come to, are the most transformative. Always come, even if you feel like you've "slipped up." We will work through it!! 

Client Agreement

Please keep a look out for a client agreement via Google Forms. The most important part of this agreement is that we all agree to keep everything discussed in the group 100% confidential!
