Listen, I hate legalese as much as you do, but I really need you to read & agree to the following (it's as much for your benefit as mine!), so please take a minute to do so, I've tried to keep it brief:

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Love Life Sober Ltd (“Me” or “I”) and the participant (“You”).

We each acknowledge, agree to, and accept the following terms & conditions:

Payment for the Program. You understand that payment is due and payable immediately when you sign this Agreement. Further, you understand no refunds will be provided even if you decide not to complete the entire program. No refunds will be given of monies paid, and if you pay in instalments, the remaining instalments will be collected even if you make the decision not to complete the 90 program.
I Don’t Guarantee Results. While I am convinced you will benefit greatly from the Program, Your success is up to you. You are in charge of your actions and your commitment. I disclaim any express or implied promise or representation other than those contained in this Agreement.
Advice Not Given. You agree and accept that the Program is not intended to and does not provide You with any legal, medical, psychological, or health advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make relating to your wellness and all other matters during the course of this Program.
GDPR Compliance. You agree and accept that I will be using your personal data entered here to deliver the product or service you are purchasing and to communicate relevant information about the delivery of the product or service to you. By checking the box above, You agree that You have read, understand & agree to the foregoing terms and conditions.
GOVERNING LAW This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, United Kingdom and the courts of London, United Kingdom, will be the sole forum for resolving disputes hereunder.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and any prior understanding or representation of any kind will not be binding upon any Party, except to the extent incorporated in this Agreement.
